Cooperating with business organisations, we have implemented these projects:

  • Preparation of Strategic plans and organisation of strategic sessions for Lithuanian industrial, commercial and real estate organisations
  • Training sessions and skills improving seminars for Lithuanian banks, alimentary industry enterprises, telecommunications, travel organisers’ agencies and flight companies, retail companies
  • Optimisation of procurement for oil refining company
  • The salary and incentive systems for real estate development companies
  • New brand development, range development, customer segmentation of the strategic session of alcoholic beverage production company
  • Market studies and surveys of alcoholic beverage manufacturers and distributors, garment and textile industry, retail companies and other businesses
  • The price determination methodology for utilities to supply
  • "Mystery Shopper" services in Lithuania for retail, auto repair service companies.

 

Projects, implemented in governmental and other public organisations:

  • Lithuania's integration to the EU study on the impact of "Lithuania's integration into the EU impact on the Lithuanian economy in 2002-2006 (ex-post) assessment"
  • Small and medium business research and monitoring system: the small and medium-term economic indicators of business modelling and forecasting, one of the largest in Lithuania quantitative assessment of the state of the SME survey (1800 interviews SME business leaders)
  • Municipal planning documents (strategic plans, plans of three) the development, planning processes optimization and planning techniques training
  • The health resorts’ marketing strategies and marketing plans
  • Investment Promotion Strategy and Action Plan for the municipality 
  • Science parks, technology parks operating efficiency
  • Equal Initiative Program implemented a project "Give a hand" to combat social exclusion and discrimination in the labour market. The project created by the Social Mentoring model, encouraging long-term unemployed women to (re)integrate  into the labour market
  • Research of human resources, labour force demand for energy, construction and other sectors
